Participate in the 2040 General Plan Update

Moval General Plan 2020

What is the General Plan?

A General Plan is only successful when it reflects the goals and values of the community. Working with the community, we will create a long-term vision for Moreno Valley and a roadmap to get there. You have the opportunity to help create the vision and principles that will guide this important process. What will the next 20 years hold for Moreno Valley? How will we retain Moreno Valley’s positive qualities?  How will we attract new development, plan for public services, foster economic development, and create a stronger sense of place?

No matter how much time you have, there are ways to contribute and make your voice heard. Community workshops, events and public meetings will be held throughout the process, and you can also provide comments at any time.

In addition, we need to hear from you about the what the priorities for the future of the City should be.
