Warehouse Project Final Environmental Impact Report Ready for Public Review

The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the West Ridge Commerce Center Project is complete and available for review.

This project proposes a 937,260 square foot warehouse distribution development on approximately 55 acres. The project is located south of Highway 60 on the north side of Fir Avenue/future Eucalyptus Avenue approximately 650 feet west of Redlands Boulevard.

The Final EIR contains responses to the comments that were received during the public review period, necessary modifications to the text of the Draft EIR, and the proposed Mitigation Monitoring Program for the project. For your information and convenience, the document is available online at . Hard copies of the document can be reviewed during normal business hours at City Hall at the Planning Division counter or at the Moreno Valley Library.

A public hearing for the project and subsequent EIR is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on May 12 at the City’s Planning Commission Meeting which will be held in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 14177 Frederick Street.
