VIP Moreno Valley Project Final Environmental Impact Report
The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the VIP Moreno Valley Project is complete and available for review.
This project proposes a 1,616,133 square foot warehouse distribution development on approximately 80 acres. The project is located within the Moreno Valley Industrial Area Plan (SP 208) at the southwest corner of Grove View Road and Perris Boulevard between Perris Boulevard and Indian Street at the City's southern boundary.
The Final EIR contains responses to the comments that were received during the public review period, necessary modifications to the text of the Draft EIR, and the proposed Mitigation Monitoring Program for the project. For your information and convenience, the document is available online at http://www.moval.org/index.shtml. Hard copies of the document can be reviewed during normal business hours at City Hall at the Planning Division counter or at the Moreno Valley Library.
