Alert MoVal

Alert MoVal allows City personnel to send notifications to anyone registered in the system that is in or may be near an area adversely affected by an emergency or disaster.

By signing up for this free service, residents can choose to receive notifications via voice, text, or email.

Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. If you need assistance registering, please call OEM at 951.413.3800. Personal information is used for purposes of emergency notifications only and is not sold or shared with non-affiliated third parties.
