Moreno Valley offices and facilities are open to the public as of June 1, 2021.

  • City Hall
    Open Monday – Friday | City hours of operation
    Some services are provided online or by telephone where possible. Call 951.413.3230 for details.
  • Public Safety Building/Police Department
    Open Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Senior Center
    Open Monday – Friday:  8 am - 5 pm
  • City Library
    All libraries are now open. Check Moreno Valley Libraries for hours and location of each branch.

Moreno Valley City Council Makes Monumental Investments in Public Safety  On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, the Moreno Valley City Council unanimously approved two monumental agreements, which includes the hiring of three additional motor deputies and 12 patrol deputies to the Moreno Valley public safety team, as well as three Community Behavioral Health Assessment Team (CBAT) investigators to assist with homeless outreach.
