Accessible Pools

Pools in Moreno Valley must be behind a secured fence. Any report of a pool that is open and accessible will be responded to within 24-hours by a Code Compliance Officer to secure the pool.

Pools must also be properly maintained. They must be kept clean and properly chlorinated. Improperly maintained pools can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects causing a hazard to public health and safety.
