Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP) Program The City of Moreno Valley is now offering the HPRP for families who are facing a temporary housing crisis due to a decrease in income or other hardship. The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) is available to income-eligible families who have the ability to become self-sufficient in a short period of time. Services available include rental assistance, security deposits, utility assistance, legal assistance related to eviction proceedings, and motel vouchers. Affordable Housing Database (AB987)The Affordable Housing Database Worksheet has been published for public viewing in accordance with requirements set forth by Assembly Bill 987. This database contains required information on owner-occupied and rental units developed or substantially rehabilitated with Low and Moderate-Income Housing Funds. As required, this list is updated once annually and shall exclude the listings of units reserved for victims of domestic violence.
