Things to Do

You don't have to spend a bundle to have a good time in Moreno Valley. There are many things you can do for free!

Here are four ideas to get you started...

Free Idea #1: Play in the Park!

Moreno Valley has a city full of parks with swings, slides, and other play equipment to keep the little ones busy.

While you're at it, why not bring along a picnic lunch?

Here's a list of the City's parks and facilities...

Free Idea #2: Ride the Bike Trails

Moreno Valley has bike trails along many streets. If you're feeling up to it, you can ride your bicycle into Lake Perris State Park for free.

Free Idea #3: Ride the Horse Trails

Moreno Valley also has equestrian trails. Saddle up and explore!

Don't forget to visit the Equestrian Center on Redlands Blvd. in the northeastern part of the City.

Free Idea #4: Watch the Planes at March Field

Moreno Valley is the home of the March Field Reserve Base. Get out your binoculars and watch the planes take off and land.

For a donation, you can visit the March Field Museum and learn about the history of the Base and its airplanes.
