Moreno Valley offices and facilities are open to the public as of June 1, 2021.

    Open Monday – Friday

    Some services are provided online or by telephone where possible. Call 951.413.3230 for details.
  • Public Safety Building/Police Department
    Open Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Senior Center
    Open Monday – Friday:  8 am - 5 pm
  • City Library
    All libraries are now open. Check Moreno Valley Libraries for hours and location of each branch.

City of Moreno Valley and Amazon Announce $100,000 Donation to MoVaLEARNS Program   The City of Moreno Valley is pleased to announce a $100,000 donation from Amazon to the City’s MoVaLEARNS program. This generous donation will fund a full year of the MoVaLEARNS program through the Moreno Valley Community Foundation.
