Business Hours for City of Moreno Valley — Updated for COVID-19

Moreno Valley offices and facilities are closed to the public indefinitely, pending further updates to the Governor’s Executive Orders or Riverside County of Public Health. City Hall is now closed every Friday and only open Mon.-Thurs. for drop-offs and/or pick-ups by appointment only (951-413-3230). Some services will continued to be provided online or by telephone where possible.
