Business Hours for City of Moreno Valley — Updated for COVID-19

Moreno Valley offices and facilities are closed to the public indefinitely, pending further updates to the Governor’s Executive Orders or Riverside County of Public Health.

  • City Hall is open Monday – Thursday for drop-offs/pick-ups by appointment only and closed every Friday. Some services are provided online or by telephone where possible. Call 951.413.3230 for details.
  • The Public Safety Building/Police Department business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
