The Accessibility Appeals BoardThis board conducts hearings on written appeals regarding Title 24 accessibility issues brought by any person aggrieved by enforcement action taken by the Building Division of the Community Development Department of the City of Moreno Valley. The board also renders decisions regarding accessibility "hardship" cases as prescribed by the State’s Title 24 Accessibility Regulations. The board's hearings are held within 30 days of receiving an appeal. The City of Moreno Valley complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. If you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the City Clerk's office at 951.413.3001 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
