Used Oil Filter Exchange

At various times through the year, the City holds special Used Oil Filter Exchange and Recycling events. At these events, Moreno Valley residents can exchange up to two used oil filters for new ones — the maximum value is $15 per filter. Residents must bring ID or a utility bill to verify that they are City residents.

Please note that it is illegal to dispose of used oil in sewers, drainage systems, surface or ground waters, water courses or marine waters, onto the land or in your trash carts.

2020 Exchange & Recycle Events

At these events, Moreno Valley residents can exchange up to two used oil filters for two new oil filters valued at $15 or less each. Please bring ID or utility bill for residence verification.
