The Capital Projects Division is responsible for the long range planning, design and construction of capital projects which include traffic signal, bike ways, bridges, fire stations, parks, public facilities, storm drains improvements, street widening, and street improvements with pavement rehabilitation, curb and gutter, sidewalk and access ramps.
